Vinyl pressing schedules, long lead times and the sheer volume of tunes being made meant that countless future classics stayed exclusive to DJ sets, radio shows and the tight circles who had access to the DATs for cutting dubplates.

The V Legends project brings together a selection of these long-lost tracks from Krust, Roni Size, Dillinja, DJ Die and Lemon D, tunes fans will instantly recognise from sets, recordings, mixtapes and club nights, but which were never given a full release.Previously only available on vinyl as part of the Legends 12" series, this limited edition USB is the first time these tracks have ever been released digitally. Transferred from the original sources and carefully remastered, they capture the raw, heavyweight sound of an era where exclusivity ruled and the dubplate was king.
